So yesterday I gave you a little sneak peek at my Girl Scout Cookie adventure......
those little Girl Scout cookie cheesecakes are amazing!!! And easy... but really... really, really.. they are not near as easy as this next recipe.
Thin Mint Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars
You will need: (3 ingredients... ha!)
16 oz pkg raw chocolate chip cookie dough
1 sleeve (half box) Girl Scout Thin Mint cookies
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Spray a 13x9 glass or metal pan with non stick spray. Press cookie dough into pan.
Cut one sleeve (about 20 cookies) into quarters. My cutting board has never been so happy! Thin Mint > Onions.
Press the quarters into cookie dough.
Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool about 10 minutes. Melt 1/2 cup white choclate chips and drizzle over cookie. (yes, that is my TX pie crust and mini pie still in the cookie dish... don't judge)
Let cool completely then cut into bars.
Sooooooo easy and sooooooo good!
You could totally impress people with these. Totally.
Ok... so I showed you the Girl Scout Cookie Cheesecakes and the Thin Mint Chocolate Chip Bars.....
Still to come....
