Dosidos & Tagalong Bundt Cake....

Um. This is real life. Like, real life amazing.

You know I am on this Girl Scout cookie recipe making adventure.... OMGosh... I now have so many favorites that I have to categorize my favorites....

So, Samoa Cheesecake is my favorite mini and this... THIS is my favorite bundt! You know I love a good bundt.

It uses 2 types of Girl Scout cookies.... Dosidos and Tagalongs. Both contain peanut butter so you know it's like super crazy good.

Dosidos & Tagalong Bundt Cake

1 box Dosidos

1 box Tagalong (frozen)

1 pkg yellow cake mix (prepared as directed)

1 cup powdered confectioners sugar

3/4 Tbsp milk

Coarsely crumble Dosidos.... I crush in a Zip Loc baggie.

Finely chop the frozen Tagalongs.... my cutting board loves me again!

Take out 1/2 cup and set aside.

Spray bundt pan with non stick spray. Sprinkle remaining Tagalongs into bottom of pan.

Prepare yellow cake mix as directed. Stir in crushed Dosidos.

Pour into prepared bundt pan and bake as directed on cake mix box.

About 5 minutes before cake is done baking, prepare icing.... stir powdered sugar and milk together.

Let cake cool for just a couple of minutes then dump onto plate while still hot.

Glaze cake while warm. The icing melts down the sides this way!

Sprinkle with 1/2 cup Tagalongs.... and.... and... and... you are done!

I hope you enjoy this lovely as much as I did :)

I've got a couple more recipes to show you and a couple more brewing in my brain.... I've gotta buy more cookies... yikes!

Eeeeeek! Enjoy!

That glazing on the bundt cake turned out beautifully! Thanks for the tip reminding us to glaze it while it's still warm so that it gets that nice dripping design. For newbies like myself, even basic stuff like that is often overlooked.

Wow, your bundt cake sounds fantastic. What a delicious way to make the cookies taste ten times better. I have a sweet treat linky party going on at my blog until tomorrow night and I’d like to invite you to stop by and link your cake up. http://sweet-as-sugar-cookies.blogspot.com/2011/02/sweets-for-saturday-6.html
