    Mini Mini Mini Cupcake

It is what it is folks. It's a teeny tiny mini mini mini baby cupcake.

And it's super easy to make. Eeeeek!

Which makes them even more loveable..... take a looksie!

To make these babies you will need:

Your favorite flavor boxed cake mix (prepare as directed)

    Your favorite icing

    Sprinkles :)

    A shallow cookie sheet

A teeny tiny round cookie cutter... mine is 1/2 inch.

Prepare your cake mix as directed. Spray your cookie sheet with non-stick spray.

Spread about 2 cups of batter into cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 degrees for 7 minutes. Remember the little guys don't take long.

Let cool for just a few minutes then punch out little cake circles with your tiny cookie cutter.

Now put some icing into a zip lok bag and snip off just a little bit of the tip.

    Swirl on the icing!!!!

    And sprinkle!!!!

Yay! Yay! Yay!!!! I love these lovelies!!!

And so of course there was a photo shoot...

    Kind of adorable.

    and the finger shot... hahahhah.

I'm glad it's Monday!!! Just means I survived another week of my crazy life!!! And it's Miniature Monday!

Hope you all have a great week.... Valentine's Day is 2 weeks away.... I have a cutie for you all!

    Happy Baking friends... Happy Baking!
